Loyalty
is integrity.Be loyal to an enterprise
is professional integrity, is an attitude of viewing one’s
job as a life career. The loyalty of staff to enterprise
has its specific contents: (1) Psychological acceptance
of the enterprise’s culture. (2) Behavior acceptance of
rules and regulations. (3) Practice as we preached: the
profit of enterprise is prior to anything else. Loyalty
is embodied in our words and behaviors.
Responsibility is innate
knowledge.Every staff plays his role in
an enterprise should have first priority, undertakes his
own responsibility. Work for the position you are in,
regardless of your status, age, experience, you have to
be responsible for your post, undertaking, and employer.
This is our basic intuitive knowledge. Ignoring responsibility
is a “crime”. We advocate the attitude of being conscientious,
do not shirk responsibility, do not dispute over trifles.
If the amount of responsibility is different, then the
payment should differ.

Every naval vessel has its own combat capacity, the force
of a group is bigger than that of individuals put together
simply. We believe: unity is strength, internal dissension
is absolutely distractive. Group is the incarnation of
maximum strength and maximum benefit, small group has
to follow bigger ones. No matter how powerful a person
is, it’s stupid and fruitless is he tries to replace a
group. The strength of a team is unreachable for any individual.
Individualism can gain small benefit, the strength of
a team secures complete victory.
We aim to build the team
into a studying organization.“The ability
of learning faster than your opponents is the only lasting
competitive superiority” This is a common sense of the
society. The accumulation of knowledge depends on study,
innovation originates from study, adapt to environment
relies on study, reaction ability is from study, therefore,
enterprise is not a lifetime employing organization, but
a lifetime study one.
We encourage all individuals and teams to study. Group
study does not mean to study together, it’s to study with
the same purpose and values, and transforming the power
of study to productivity. We insist that we can change
our knowledge, minds, and actions through group study,
enhance the innovation and growth ability of enterprise.
