ending .The environment of an enterprise.

Any kind of pursuit is endless, including
control of cost. “Reduce cost, endlessly end.”
should be our profound acknowledge and basic
attitude towards cost, and will finally reflect
on our action.
Bring out
benefit for enterprise, Bring out value for
customers.The trend of paper
market competition shows that: We can’t rely
on increase of production price to increase
benefit, actually reduction of cost is the
final path to realize it. The level of cost
is a manifestation of competitiveness of an
enterprise. Decrease of price can create benefit
for enterprise and create value for customers.
The cost is
in my hands.There are various
elements that consist cost, they exist in
every chains of information process, material
process and capital flow, under the control
of everybody. No matter production cost, management
cost or opportunity cost, they should be dominated
effectively. We advocate cost control by everyone,
divide cost to every post, every procedure,
every staff. Experience proves, there are
three measures for us to decrease the cost,
they are technology innovation, standard management
and scientific determination. How much is
the space of the three factors, how much would
be the space to reduce cost.
