Attachment
to objective factors doesn’t solve any problem.It
is to haggle over conditions, difficulties
and price. The problem remains no matter how
much you stress objective factors. It only
affect our subjective effort, eventually affect
our confidence in overcoming the difficulties,
or make us collapse before difficulties.
Subjectivity
is giving play to subjective initiative.When
we meet difficulties, first of all we have
to be brave. Being particular about environment
and conditions is a reflection of un-capable
and inertias, will be reflection of idealistic
and unpractical stress. Subjectivity is not
to persist in acting blindly, but to stress
method and strategy, it brings people ‘s initiative
and wisdom to full play, it’s to explore the
potentialities, and focus the strength, to
change the objective world with subjective
effort. We believe: nothing can’t be done,
it’s the people that can not get things done.
Solving problems
with our development.In the
development of an enterprise, difficulties
and problems always exist, the problem during
development can be solved with development.
If judge the case as it stands, you will get
half the result with twice the effort. Only
by changing the conditions and base on which
the problems depending, if the elements which
cause the conflict, can contradiction surely
be solved.
