  1、The channels for employees promotion: Employees can get promotion through three channels, to realize their career developing goal:

  c. Management channel

   2、Promotion principles of employees:
   a、Emphasis both the virtue and achievement
   .b、Promotion step by step and jump promotion combination principle. Normally a employee is promoted step by step, who has outstanding contribution or special ability could jump promote.
   c、Straight promotion and cross promotion combination principle. Employees could promote through only one channel, and also could get promotion according to the develop direction.
   d、Could be up and down. According to the achievement evaluation, employee’s position could be raised and lowered.
   3、Employee promotion operating measures.
   a、According to the achievement evaluation of personnel department, the most qualified personnel, will be chosen recommended, self-recommended to get promotion, and open engaging will be as complement.
   b、Normally the employee promotion is carried out every half a year, the engagement of the positions such as technical expert, deputy director engineer, deputy manager, upper positions and applied positions by each unit within our company are organized by the human resources department. Other positions engagement is organized by employ companies.
   c、Each unit establishes assessment groups, make plans, and to be approved by the human resources department.
   d、 Employees can apply for the higher position, with the same qualification, our company employee enjoy the priority.  
   e、Every position rising or descending, if employed by the company, the salary is decided by themselves; if employed by human resources department (except those applied by each unit), the salary is decided by our company.

   Human resources department statistic and analysis the personnel structure of each unit regularly, and establish company talent reserve. According to the employee’s achievement evaluation result and daily examination, sift the key figures, the excellent, reserved personnel out of every levels. Programmatically promote the talents from various professions and levels, keep them properly, reasonable circulating, uses according to the competence, and instructing the personnel training, introducing and keeping.
